Compensation: $30,000-$63,000 DOE

LAD is seeking a Lease Administration Specialist to support our Real Estate department. In this role, you will manage lease administration for our dealership and support service facilities, ensuring efficient and timely interaction with landlords, tenants, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage new lease setups and ensure accurate data entry into property management software.Coordinate with accounting for timely lease payments, including preparing special payment notices.Notify departments (Risk, Utilities, Vendor Admin, Treasury) of new and terminating leases.Invoice tenants (monthly, quarterly, or annually) to ensure accurate and timely payments.Collaborate with Property Management Vendors to maintain clear information flow between tenants and landlords.Support Legal on lease documentation and assist with CPI/TMI reconciliations.

Skills and Qualifications:
