What you’ll do
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
This position is responsible for (225 stores) providing support to the Portfolio Administration Team and Real Estate department, by organizing and maintaining the lease management system (Lucernix), reviewing key lease related documents and liaising with various internal departments and external partners such as attorneys and lawyers regarding various lease agreementsPrepares, executes and collects all necessary information for Landlord notices. Follows all processes and operating proceduresPrepares option exercise notices, lease extension agreements, license agreements, non-disturbance agreements, notice of leases and other template documentation as requiredNew Store Possessions – Full Cycle – from possession till activation in LucernixUpdates financial information in Lease Management System as per directionMaintains Lucernix by inputting new leases, modifying data to reflect lease renewals and amendments
What you’ll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial Real Estate environmentStrong computer skills (MS Office applications); electronic filing systems and database systemsAbility to set priorities and meet tight deadlinesExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
Salary Range: $49,960 - $69,940* /year
*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
