POSITION TITLE:  Lease Analyst                  

REPORTS TO:  Director, Lease Analysis                 

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for reviewing and processing rental invoices and resolving invoice issues.   Review and process rental reconciliations.          

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzing rental expenses for stores  Approving and scheduling payments to Landlords Resolving invoice disputes through phone and email follow-up with mall offices  Tracking monthly and annual expenses Tracking lease obligations and mall occupancy levels Processing invoices for payments Lease abstracting and Lease Recapping Reviews Working on special projects, as assigned Performing other assigned duties – Scanning/Mail/Other

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of education/experience              Experience with invoices, reconciliation, accounts payable/accounts receivable, accounting, credit/debits, auditing or lease abstracting preferred Experience with, Knowledge of, or willing to learn Real Estate Management leasing software and Lawson accounting software High degree of proficiency with standard Microsoft Office products and Google Sheets Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION: Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
