Lease Asset Back Securities Advisor

RGP is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Asset-Backed Security (ABS) lease deals for an automotive finance company. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the structuring, execution, and documentation of ABS lease deals. The SME will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Treasury, Finance, Legal, and the Middle and Back Offices, to ensure all necessary data is collected, analyzed, and processed in line with regulatory compliance standards.
+ Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Legal teams to gather and assess accurate data required for ABS lease deals.
+ Work closely with Middle Office and Back Office teams to ensure data integrity, completeness, and timely availability for structuring deals.
+ Analyze and review regulatory compliance requirements, specifically focusing on regulations such as Reg D and AB, and ensure all transactions adhere to legal and compliance standards.
+ Assist in the preparation, drafting, and execution of ABS lease deal documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with underwriters' requirements.
+ Provide expertise in structuring ABS lease transactions to optimize deal terms and meet corporate objectives.
+ Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution and timely closing of deals.
+ Assist in training and mentoring functional leaders to build internal knowledge and capabilities around ABS lease deal execution.
+ Proven experience working with Treasury, Finance, and Legal departments to assess data needs and ensure compliance.
+ 7+ years of experience in establishing Asset-Backed Security (ABS) lease deals, with a strong understanding of leasing structures and deal execution.
+ Expertise in regulatory compliance, including but not limited to Reg D, Reg AB and other relevant industry regulations.
+ Strong ability to draft and prepare comprehensive lease agreements, ensuring all terms are legally sound and aligned with market standards.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, provide actionable insights, and create solutions for operational efficiencies.
+ Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external parties.
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced certifications (CFA, CPA, etc. ) are a plus.
+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
+ Pay Range: $ 200-250hr
