This role supports all of California and is fully remote. A California Real Estate license is required. Must live in California.

Experience in a property management leasing role a plus.

Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday OR Sunday through Thursday.

Daily review of each property lease agreement generated for new move-ins or renewals.Daily signing of each property lease agreement for new move-ins or renewals. Estimated at 120,000 leases annually, 2,300 leases weekly.

Required Licenses or Certifications:

California Real Estate LicenseObtained within 90 days of employment

The hourly range for this position is $23.00 to $28.00 (California)

Additional Compensation:

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
