Lease Contract Administrator
The Lease Contract Administrator assists the management team by coordinating billing and documentation for assigned lease contracts. Rush Truck Leasing opens the door to the world of opportunity. Responsibilities: Coordinates billing and documentation for assigned lease contracts and other leasing support responsibilities. Maintain organized standardized records storage system for all documents so that files are easily accessible to all company personnel and ensure that the necessary paperwork is forwarded to the corporate offices. Prepare and process daily, weekly, and monthly job responsibilities within the time frame required. Handle customer questions and refer to appropriate manager as needed. Lease Contract Admin -@@Develop and maintain customer contract files. Perform annual review of files and rates. Send new unit info to asset manager and pull documents as requested or needed for audit. Creation of start and end bills for lease contracts, process monthly local and national billing and associated transactions.@@Peg calculations and billing of entitlements-license, FHUT and mileage and other rated factors. Maintain and manage CPI calculations and rate implementation, Over/Under Miles, and Customer Master. Maintain monthly unit count report for assigned locations. Issue Credit Memos as required. FHUT - File for credit with IRS on all sold vehicles. Research and pull info monthly and file for credits quarterly. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year experience in working with contracts, billing, and insurance documentation; or equivalent experience and/or education. Preferably within similar industry. Ability to operate SAP computer system, 10 key and other machines. Possess general office skills with attention to detail. Must have advanced Excel skills and be comfortable performing those tasks. Follow through and follow up skills are a must. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year experience in working with contracts, billing, and insurance documentation; or equivalent experience and/or education. SAP Experience necessary. Must possess advanced Excel skills and be comfortable performing those tasks.
