Compensation: $28-35/hourLocation: Windsor, COAssignment Duration: 6 months+Work Schedule: Rotational positionNights - 7/7 rotation, 12-hour shiftsDays - 8/6 rotation, 10-hour shiftsBenefits: Comprehensive benefits with 401(k) Responsibilities Perform basic to intermediate level pumping skills which include, but are not limited to: tank gauging, the proper operation of heater/treaters and phase separators, and all attendant valve and oil seals and seal recordsReading and recording all needed meter readingsVisually inspecting Surface equipment daily for defects, leaks, neatness, and damageObserving, recording and inputing oil and gas production volumes dailyOperating properties to ensure all regulatory, environmental and safety compliance issues and goals are metSeeking ways to reduce direct lease operating expenses by noting problems and/or recommending courses of actions to supervisorCheck production units daily and responsible for creating and maintaining daily production reportsPerform various other field related activities as requiredCommunicate between regular and relief pumpers on rotations in written formLeading by example in areas such as EHS, maintenance and record keeping Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience is preferred Valid driver's license and clean recordPrevious experience in oil and gas industry requiredMust have gas lift experienceBasic computer skills and familiarity with SCADAAbility to work with minimal supervisionSafety Sensitive position subject to random drug and alcohol screeningHigh school diploma or equivalent required
