\n \n Job Description

The Associa Corporate Real Estate Lease Project Manager will be responsible for providing project planning and oversight for corporate real estate projects such as office relocations, lease renewals, office right-sizing (expansions or downsizes), construction, data cabling infrastructure and IT equipment installation (routers, switches, UPS, etc).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n

\n

Corporate Real Estate Lease Project Management Responsibilities shall include:

\n\nManaging real estate projects involving brokerage, contracts, space planning, construction, IT, relocation coordination, etc.\nBuilding project plans, goals, and budgets for every lease project.\nAnalyzing real estate markets and comparing available spaces.\nNegotiating business terms in a proposal and legal terms in a lease contract.\nCoordinating office relocations with multiple vendors and stakeholders.\nPlacing orders for office FF&E and tracking them.\nFinancial reporting – creating and tracking project budgets, creating PO’s, submitting expense reports; and assisting with rent analysis as needed.\nAdhering to Associa Corporate Real Estate standards.\nPreparing and updating weekly reports.\nConducting reoccurring project meetings with multiple departments, vendors, and stakeholders.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

\n\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e. architectural/design, business, real estate, facilities/property management, technical trade/engineering) and 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience\n3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, facilities management, or office lease transaction management\nLicensed in real estate in the state of Texas\n\n

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

\n\nSelf-driven to complete all Associa Corporate Real Estate projects on time, on budget, and with the expected ROI.\nAble to independently manage a high volume of lease transactions at one time.\nFamiliar with the commercial real estate industry with emphasis on office use.\nProficient with negotiating office lease transactions.\nMust have strong Project Management skills.\nComfortable meeting firm deadlines and budgets.\nTeam-oriented with a proven ability to partner with multiple departments, groups, and individuals to get things done.\nWilling to travel when necessary.\nProven ability to lead projects.\nBasic understanding of budgeting, corporate financial systems, and procurement.\nProficient in all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nOutstanding verbal, and written communication skills with all levels of an organization.\nProven ability to influence others and conduct effective negotiations.\nCustomer service mentality. \nMust be able to successfully work well with others in a team environment.\n
