Our client, a dynamic real estate investment firm, is looking for a Lease Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves overseeing the leasing process across multiple communities, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire lease processing lifecycle, from application review to lease generation and final signature collection.Verify applicants' income, qualifications, government-issued IDs, and all required documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.Collaborate closely with onsite community management teams to facilitate smooth transitions for incoming residents.Provide timely updates to applicants regarding their application status, required documents, and next steps.Maintain accurate resident ledgers, apply concessions, and coordinate adjustments with Business Managers.Utilize systems like Sugar CRM, Onesite, and Text Line to meticulously track applications and approvals.Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and compliance requirements to ensure operational efficiency.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting, automation, and process efficiencies within leasing operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service and administrative experience; property management or leasing experience preferred.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems such as Sugar CRM.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with residents and internal teams.Ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining a strong sense of accountability.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume leasing environment with daily processing of multiple applications and leases.Strict adherence to legal regulations and company leasing standards to ensure accuracy.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $32.00Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
