Lithia & Driveway | Real Estate - Lease Administration Coordinator

The Lease Administration Coordinator supports the Real Estate department by focusing on lease administration of properties related to Dealership and Support Service facilities. The Asset Management Leasing Assistant ensures that interactions with landlords and tenants are handled timely and professionally and that important details are handled with care.

Compensation: $30,000-$63,000

Responsibilities

Administer new lease set up, including recording of property contacts and documents related to external leases and ensures their proper input and coordination into property management software.Ensures timeliness in imputing lease information and backup into property management software to ensure proper payments with accounting.  It may require coordination to prepare Notice to Accounting for special payments.Notify cross-functional departments such as Risk, Utilities, Vendor Admin, and Treasury regarding new and terminating leasesInvoice Accounts Receivable tenants on monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as required to ensure payments are processed completely, accurately, and timelyCoordinate with Property Management Vendors to support successful information flow regarding tenants and landlordsFacilitate requests for payment through established approval processSupport the Legal department on requests related to Lease documentationSupport information gathering through CPI / TMI reconciliation process with landlords and tenantsAssist Asset Management Sr. Analyst with contacting Landlords & Tenants directly as needed on behalf of the departmentDraft correspondence for official communication with Landlords & TenantsProvide accurate information to cross-functional departments regarding leased propertiesMaintain lease documentation within appropriate databases including the Electronic Archive and Tango

Skills and Qualifications
