Apartment Leasing Agent- Weekly Pay-Apply Now

Pay: $20-$25/hour

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8 am-5 pm

Responsibilities:

Conduct tours of apartment units for prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits.Assist qualified applicants with move-in paperwork and ensure smooth onboarding.Maintain a strong closing ratio and work toward meeting or exceeding quarterly leasing targets.Present the property in the best possible light and provide exceptional service to current and prospective tenants.Ensure the leasing office, and all common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.Process tenant service requests promptly and follow up to ensure timely resolution.Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information to tenants and prospects.

Qualifications:

Strong sales and customer service skills.Ability to set and achieve goals independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational skills with attention to detail.Previous leasing or property management experience is a plus but not required
