They work to attract new tenants by marketing available properties, answering inquiries, and conducting property tours. Leasing agents also screen potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and ensuring all required documentation is completed. Additionally, they maintain positive relationships with current tenants, assist with lease renewals, and address any concerns related to the rental property. 
Responsibilities: Show available rental properties to prospective tenants and provide information about lease terms and amenities.Market properties through various channels, respond to inquiries, and conduct property tours to attract potential tenants.Screen rental applicants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and ensuring required documentation is complete.Maintain positive relationships with current tenants, assist with lease renewals, and address tenant concerns or issues. Qualifications and Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Must be able to pass a drug screening test Must have a minimum of 3 years of leasing required  Benefits and Perks: $15.00 an hour payrate Medical Benefits Off all Federal Holidays

The base salary range for this position is $31,200 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
