Description The ideal candidate for the Leasing Assistant position will support a team of leasing and marketing professionals, as well as provide a high level of service to prospective and current residents. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Responsibilities: + Assist in coordinating leasing activities, processes, and operations. + Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents and schedule property tours. + Assist in marketing efforts to attract new residents. + Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease terms, unit specifications, and all community policies. + Update and maintain property files and leasing documentation. + Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents. Requirements Qualifications: + A minimum of one year experience in real estate, property management, or similar role. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. + Strong visual and marketing abilities to attract potential residents. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + High school diploma or equivalent; further education in real estate, or a related field is a plus.
