As the Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals at our luxury communities. This includes interacting directly with prospective and current residents to maximize the property's occupancy, generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, hosting and planning resident events, and utilizing our 'SMART Office' technology to engage our customers and create more sales opportunities for our leasing staff.

Duties Include:

Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, Internet, and social media/networking programs. Timely and accurately process all required administrative forms, leases, and related information.Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints. This includes helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment.Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically.Maintain an ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager. This includes participation in resident activities.Shop competition regularly. Maintain the professional appearance of the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community. Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with two or more years related or sales/customer service experienceHS/GED required.Saturday availability is required; we are closed on Sundays.
