Our sales revenues exceed $700 million with projections surpassing $1 billion in next few years.  We are actively looking for candidates that can support our mission of providing exceptional customer service to a critical national industry.   Responsibilities of a Lease and Sales Representative entail: Market lease and rental product line to end-user customers Assist customers in selecting/ordering trucks by asking key questions Meet/exceed objectives for lease and rental sales established by management Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for lease and rental customers on a daily basis, either by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside the dealership Prepare and turn in sales call reports, listing contacts, quotes, etc Provide follow-up and ongoing service to existing customers Attend sales and training meetings as required Study truck and equipment specifications on a continual basis to improve knowledge of product performance and application The requirements to be a Lease and Sales Representative for CIT Trucks, LLC include: Must be at least 18 years old Previous sales experience preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card High School Diploma or GED required  CIT Trucks, LLC. provides a comprehensive wage and benefits package that includes: Paid holidays and PTO Choice between 3 wide-ranging medical plans with prescription coverage Option to participate in HSA or FSA savings accounts Access to dental and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Company paid life insurance, as well as additional voluntary life insurance for self and family 401(k) retirement planning that has a dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 4%
