As our Leave of Absence Manager, you will serve as team co-leader overseeing all activities and cases assigned to the LOA Team. In this role, you will manage assigned case files and coordinate leaves of absence such as FMLA, CFRA, PDL, Workers’ Comp, Military Leaves, etc., for employees served by UCLA Medical Center HR. You will communicate with employees and supervisors on appropriate leave types and determines leave qualification and eligibility accordingly.
You will Provides day-to-day guidance to the LOA Analysts and lead the team by example. You will also facilitate education workshops for managers and employees. You will also be responsible for engaging, motivating and overseeing the performance of the team and the subsequent outcomes.
Salary Range: $102,500 to $227,700 Annually
