Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVEs -2 years of experience within Benefits capacity -2 years of exposure to Leave of Absence processes (assisting employees with forms) -2 years of MS Excel experience (must be able to perform VLookups) -2 years of experience working in HRIS or Cloud-based HR system -HS Diploma or GED NICE TO HAVEs -Workday -Bachelors Degree -Manufacturing, Med Device, or Pharmaceuticals industry experience -awareness of FMLA, FLTD, ADA (basic understandings of leaves) SOFT SKILLS -Detail oriented -Customer focus -Sympathetic/Empathetic -Willing to pick up the phone -Organizational skills -Ability to interact with all levels of employees -Communication skills -Collaborative and team player -Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
