Teaching Accounting in the SP & FET department Curriculum development and other learning materials Supervising students on teaching practice Conducting and promoting research in the department/faculty (including publications and supervision) Academic administration, development, and administration Adequate content and pedagogical content knowledge Assessment and Quality Assurance Community engagement Learner support Mentoring and support of students (and staff) Teamwork and collaboration Engagement and building partnerships/Networking with schools and other partners Ability to align yourself to hybrid teaching and learning models (face-to-face and on-hne learning) Perform other ad hoc functions as may be assigned by the Head of Department
