The Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School – Newark and New Brunswick invites applications for a non-tenure track faculty position to teach courses in Management, Business Strategy, Organizational Behavior, International Business and/or Business Ethics at the undergraduate and/or MBA level on both the Newark and New Brunswick campus in the spring of 2021.
Applicants must have demonstrated excellence in teaching in one or more of the areas listed above or related areas. Successful applicants must meet AACSB standards for faculty qualification and currency. Current enrollment in the PhD program of an AACSB-accredited business program is required, with course work in the areas of teaching responsibility described above. ABD (all-but-dissertation) is acceptable. Twelve (12) credits teaching load per year (6 credits per semester).
At the expiration of the appointment, there is no expectation that the position will be renewed.
