The Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School – Newark and New Brunswick invites applications from current PhD students in AACSB-accredited business programs for the positions of Lecturer (Instructor) to teach courses in Management, Strategy, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Leadership or Ethics at the undergraduate and/or MBA level on both the Newark and New Brunswick campuses.
The position of Lecturer (Instructor) is a one-year only part-time appointment for the Fall 2021 academic year. This is a part-time position required to teach twelve (12) credits per year. At the expiration of the appointment, there is no expectation that the positions will be renewed.
Responsibilities:
The individuals hired for this position will be responsible primarily for teaching undergraduate and MBA-level courses offered by the Department of Management and Global Business at the New Brunswick or Newark campus (or both) as determined by the Department Chair.
Requirements:
Current enrollment in a PhD program of an AACSB-accredited business program is required. ABD (all-but-dissertation) is acceptable. The candidate’s course of study should be in the areas of teaching responsibility described above.
