Job Summary: The Maxwell Becton College of Arts & Sciences at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Metropolitan Campus, seeks a broadly trained biologist for appointment to a lecturer position for the Spring 2025 semester. The successful candidate will develop and teach Microbiology (lecture and labs), required for Biology, Nursing and other science and pre-health majors. This position may extend to Fall 2025, depending upon budgetary approval. The successful candidate will develop and teach a graduate lecture and or lab course in their area of expertise. Candidates with expertise in microbiology and cellular and molecular biology will be considered. Review of applications will begin as soon as possible and will continue until the position is filled. Required Qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Biology or related discipline; postdoctoral research and teaching experience is preferred.
