Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant Location: Norwalk, CT Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Administrative Assistant to join our finance company in Norwalk, CT. The ideal candidate will support our legal team with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, preparing legal documents, and maintaining records. Strong communication skills and proficiency in office software are essential.  Key Responsibilities: + Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents. + Manage calendars and schedule meetings. + Maintain and organize legal files and records. + Handle correspondence and communication with clients and external parties. + Perform general administrative duties as needed. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; additional legal or administrative training is a plus. + Previous experience in a legal or administrative role preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
