Job Description

This position involves the operation of a busy mail and copy center supporting a law firm in downtown Philadelphia. The role requires managing copy production, mail processing, conference room, and hospitality set up. The candidate will work in a dynamic environment where they will walk the floors for about 50% of the day and spend the remaining time in the center.

ResponsibilitiesProduce various print jobs with different forms of finishing and binding (GBC, tabs, spiral, velobind, etc.) to meet client specificationsProcess and deliver mailSet up conference rooms and hospitality arrangementsInteract with attorneys and paralegals, providing excellent customer serviceManage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling mail, copy jobs, and client inquiriesEssential SkillsCopy production experience, especially with complex print jobs involving various binding and finishing requirementsDocument controlData entryLegal administrative supportParalegal skillsLegal supportPrintingAdditional Skills & QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience working in a corporate office environmentCustomer service and communication skillsAbility to multitaskExperience working within legal environments is a plusWork Environment

The role is based at 50 South 16th Street, 32nd floor, Philadelphia, PA. Free parking is not available, and most employees use public transportation. The dress code is business casual. The work schedule is Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm with a 1-hour lunch break. The position is temporary with excellent potential to become permanent after 3 months.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
