Job Description

 

As the Contracts/Legal Admin reporting directly to the Assistant General Counsel – Litigation, Sourcing, Privacy, Contracts, you will support enterprise-wide legal functions, including but not limited to contracts administration and general office administration.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: 

Support Lennox’s contract-related administrative needs, including handling contract review requests received from business users and providing support to contract management system users company-wide.Route contracts and related requests through the review process, coordinating and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties. Follow up on open requests, audits, and other matters as needed to ensure timely completion of requests. Monitor status of each request.Process and generate NDAs from cradle to grave in response to business requests Assist with maintenance and system administration of the contract management system.Liaise with internal and external parties, including but not limited to: legal department personnel, business users, service providers, and outside counsel.Receive contract review requests from various levels of business users.Manage and maintain contract-related database.Identify and implement process improvement in the contracts administration and legal administration functions. Provide attorneys and legal operations professionals with light administrative support upon request, including drafting simple documents and correspondence, PowerPoint presentation creation, meeting/conference call set up, and various administrative duties as requested.Book travel, expense reporting, maintain copy room/breakroom, plan meetings, arrange catering and reservations, mail and package handling, and ordering supplies. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

 Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceHigh School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferredExperience working with a contract or other database management systemSkillfully work with Microsoft Office including OneDrive, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other applications and tools such as Adobe AcrobatStrong written and verbal communication skills including interacting effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.Strong detail-oriented and organizational skillsService-oriented attitudeExperience with contracts preferredExperience in a legal environment preferredNote: Paralegal certification optional/not required.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $62,000 - $82,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
