To interpret and implement business instructions: (i) to draft, review, update and negotiate moderately complex, bespoke legal agreements and client facing documents in accordance with business requirements and applicable laws; (ii) to provide comprehensive legal advice to multiple business areas on commercial legal matters; (iii) to conduct legal research; (iv) to identify, manage and mitigate legal risks; all in accordance with the legal entity mandate, policies and regulatory requirements.
