To put it simply, we are the middle person between the clients and the operator. Our Sales Consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle so all our clients have to do is fly! Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals, CEOs, celebrities, the rich and famous, and many more!

With offices across the globe, including North America, South America, Europe, CIS, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Australasia, ACS offers personalized charter solutions using local knowledge.

Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Reviewing, negotiating and finalizing commercial contracts, terms & conditions, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents, such as agreements with our clients and airlines, and drafting any necessary policies and procedures;Responding to any incoming enquiries to our shared Legal mailbox and contract management system, primarily in the Americas but also across the global business;Supporting the Legal team on company secretarial matters across the global business;Advising on data privacy matters, reviewing data processing agreements and privacy policies;Managing litigation matters, including reporting on litigation matters to the senior management team;Supporting on any employment matters as required by the business;Liaising with the wider business and our Bids and Compliance teams as required.

Qualifications

THE INDIVIDUAL 

Contract drafting and negotiation experience preferredStrong written and oral communication skillsAn ability to work independently and to collaborate with team members, including other attorneys, sales staff, administrative staff and upper managementStrong attention to detailHighly organizedExcellent communicator to all organization seniority levelsAbility to thrive working under pressureA creative, problem-solving mindset, with demonstrated ability to turn ideas into products or actionsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookPrevious exposure to the sales bids processPrevious exposure to using a contract management system or other legal software

QUALIFICATIONS

Admitted to New York State Bar (or in another state), but other legal experience will be consideredLegal/law firm experience, but equivalent experience will be considered
