Legal Assistant

A client of Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law and be proficient in handling various administrative and clerical tasks to support their legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and send letters requesting records from hospitals, healthcare providers, police departments, and ambulance services.
Communicate with medical experts to request and obtain necessary information and documentation.
Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing exhibits, documents, and evidence.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances for attorneys.
Handle client communications, providing updates and answering inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the legal team.
