Key Responsibilities: + Document Preparation & Management: Draft, review, and track legal documents and correspondence. + Client & Court Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other parties. + File Maintenance: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical case files. + Intake Support: Conduct initial intake interviews with new clients. + Office Operations: Manage a multi-line phone system and provide administrative support. + Attorney Assistance: Collaborate with two attorneys and other team members to ensure efficient case handling. Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: + Commitment to delivering exceptional client service. + Minimum of 3 years of office administration experience (preferred). + Strong preference for candidates with personal injury law experience in Virginia. + Candidates with civil litigation experience or family law will also be considered. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Familiarity with legal case management systems. + Skilled in operating office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems. + Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Highly organized, able to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. + Independent, team-oriented, and trustworthy with a strong sense of confidentiality and financial responsibility. + 2-3 years of personal injury law experience in Virginia is strongly preferred.
