About the law firm: This is a small law firm focused on family law; divorce cases, custody disputes, paternity, child support enforcement, adoption, etc.

About the position: We are seeking a legal assistant or paralegal to begin working immediately. The position will be covering a medical leave and is expected to last approx 3 weeks. Office hours are full time. Duties will include; scheduling (hearings, mediation, depositions, client appointments, etc). Additionally the role will handle the electronic filing (state only) of legal documents. Applicants should know how to E-File. This role answers phones and greets any visitors.

Minimum Requirements
E-File in Virginia
Experience scheduling
Intermediate computer skills
