Large downtown St. Louis law firm has an opening for a Litigation Legal Assistant working on our litigation assistant team.
This position will work with other team members in supporting litigation attorneys in the Firm.
This person will work in multiple specialities.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, time entry and document management systems is required. A typing speed of 70+ wpm, transcription, and a minimum of two years legal secretarial experience is also required.
Qualified candidates will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, possess excellent grammar and proofreading skills and have strong organizational/filing skills. In addition, successful candidates must be a dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment.
The position is hybrid remote after a trial period.
