Description A top downtown Minneapolis law firm is looking for a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to work closely with a respected group of litigation attorneys. Hybrid schedule 3 days in-office/2 days remote. Key Responsibilities: + Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to a team of litigation attorneys. + Manage eFiling in both state and federal courts. + Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating with witnesses, and preparing legal documents. + Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence and pleadings. + Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure seamless case management. + Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + 2-3+ years of experience as a legal assistant supporting litigation matters, or a mix of litigation and transactional matters. + Strong knowledge of court rules, eFiling procedures, and trial preparation. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software. + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
