ABOUT THE ROLE

In order to be successful in this role, you will:

Have 1-3 years in administrative, secretarial or similar fields. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness, and empathy (work with international teams and projects, is a plus). Being fluent in English and another language (in particular German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Arabic, or Korean). Have strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to independently work to project deadlines. Problem solving & resourceful in the context of a fast-paced company. Be familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools, experience with legal process tools like Jira, Salesforce and e-signature software is a plus. Have interests and skills beyond the "usual". We look for diversity in applications, for e.g. an interest in or experience with coding, development and API integrations.
