Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with wealth transfer, estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
- Prepare and file estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns. ... - Electronically file probate court documents in compliance with court requirements.
- Draft and proofread legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel, both verbally and in writing.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for document preparation and management.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
- Proficiency in preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns.
- Attention to detail with effective proofreading and drafting skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Verbal and written communication skills.

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with GEMS, Prosystems, or similar estate tax return software is preferred.
