As a director you will be in a senior-level leadership position responsible for executing the division's strategic plan and guiding efforts to meet the organization’s annual growth and customer retention targets. You will be responsible for leading the growth and development of deposits. We are looking for a candidate who is successful at interfacing with all levels of management and understands the value of true collaboration, has high energy, and maintains an optimistic view, even in challenging environments. The ideal candidate excels at converting networking leads and opportunities into wins. Support the Senior Managing Director of Juris Banking, national business line in implementing the organization’s strategic plan, with a concentrated effort on driving growth and retention, managing a deposits portfolio.What we are looking for:
Lead a team of Director level banking and sales professionals.Oversee and expand the portfolio of sourced deposit business, while also managing and guiding the portfolios of your team members.Develop and drive a nimble, innovative growth strategy to source business from multiple channels.Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop messaging and servicing offering platforms that will drive success in your region.Develop and execute an industry plan (e.g. conferences, events, associations, ad placements, thought leadership pieces) to help expand brand awareness and additional sources of new business.Be the voice of the client and the broader marketplace as part of the Juris Banking team. Participate in business strategy sessions and work actively with teammates to brainstorm out-of-the box market disruption ideas.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.8+ years of related experience in legal banking or other related service/industry, with experience managing full-service relationships.Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and credit experience.Experience Leading a sales team and developing a sales strategy. Developing and holding teams accountable for KPIs and performance standards.Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiencesBenefits you’ll love:
