At the firm, every voice matters, and they foster an inclusive environment built on mutual respect and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of this role, you will:Manage banking operations and cheque production.Handle client and office account transfers.Address credit balances effectively.Oversee deposit account facilities.Process electronic bank payments, including foreign exchange transactions.Perform bank reconciliations with precision.Calculate interest accurately.Manage direct credits into bank accounts.Post, upload, and pay supplier disbursement invoices.Process disbursement transfers efficiently.Respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally.Undertake general accounts duties and any additional responsibilities aligned with the role as required.Your Skills and QualificationsMy client is looking for someone who brings:Experience: Previous legal cashiering experience is advantageous but not essential; general accounts experience is required.Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and meticulousness in your work.Knowledge: Familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR) is preferred but not mandatory.Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.Client Focus: Exceptional client care skills to uphold our commitment to service excellence.Composure: A compassionate, calm, and level-headed approach to challenges.This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a supportive team while making a meaningful impact on the organisation's success.
