Our client in Telecom industry, is seeking a Legal Consultant to join their team. As a Legal Consultant, you will be part of the Court Order Compliance group supporting critical legal processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer service skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Legal Consultant **Location:** Bedminster, NJ- Onsite **What's the Job?** + Support the Court Order Compliance group by managing high-volume data entry of legal processes into the workflow management system. + Answer high-volume calls and distribute voicemail messages while maintaining confidentiality. + Communicate with law enforcement regarding life-threatening situations, ensuring accurate authentication of callers. + Document and manage all cases in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures. + Utilize sound judgment to resolve issues and escalate matters to management when necessary. **What's Needed?** + Strong organizational and time management abilities. + Proficient typing and transcription skills. + Customer service experience. + A legal background, college education, or relevant experience is preferred.
