Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation and eDiscovery Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eDiscovery and a deep understanding of advanced eDiscovery tools and processes. The position will report to the attorney responsible for coordination of the litigation and e-discovery legal team in the United States and will require the ability to effectively manage numerous, diverse projects at the same time. The candidate must be a self-starter and have an ability to work effectively work with all levels within the organization and with colleagues around the globe.
Key job responsibilities will include:
Support the development and adoption of best practices in litigation and dispute management, with a particular focus on utilizing advanced eDiscovery tools and software to manage and analyze large volumes of electronic data.Collaborate with Bosch legal team and external counsel to develop case strategy and provide expert guidance on eDiscovery best practices.Develop and implement eDiscovery strategies and workflows, including document review and data analysis, to efficiently and effectively handle complex litigation and regulatory matters.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in eDiscovery technology and methodologies.Provide training and support to legal and IT teams on eDiscovery processes and tools.Manage external counsel and external eDiscovery professionals.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
J.D. from a U.S. accredited law schoolMember of a relevant U.S. bar in good standing or eligible to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s)Minimum of 3-5 years of practice in the area of electronic discovery and litigationExperience utilizing legal technology such as review and discovery platforms, tool-assisted document review, and/or AI applicationsPreferred Qualifications:
