Qualifications You Must Have:
Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a respected law firm or as in-house counselAdmitted in good standing to practice law in at least one stateSubstantial corporate, commercial, and technology transactional experience and superior contract drafting and negotiating skillsExperience and competence in corporate legal issuesAbility to proactively identify and mitigate legal risk and develop workable business solutions, including developing training, policy, or process enhancementsExcellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to motivate/work with othersSelf-starter with ability to organize projects/tasks and meet established deadlinesAbility to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environmentLitigation and employment law experienceQualifications We Prefer:
