Kyriba is seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel to join our European Legal team, supporting business operations across a variety of legal topics. This exciting opportunity is based in Paris and involves working alongside a talented, innovative, and diverse team of legal professionals across Europe and the US. The European Legal team, headquartered in Paris, primarily focuses on supporting business activities in the EMEA region.
General Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance to Kyriba’s management team on commercial contract law, including advising, negotiating, and drafting.
Manage transactional negotiations on local, regional, and global levels.
Analyze, draft, and negotiate vendor and customer contracts to ensure alignment with Kyriba’s policies.
Work closely with teams including Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Product Development, Security, and Compliance.
Handle legal matters related to data privacy (e.g., GDPR).
Create and update contractual templates, policies, procedures, and other standard legal documents.
Conduct training sessions and presentations on commercial law, policies, regulations, and various legal topics.
Required Skills
Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from a French university.
2–5 years of relevant and successful experience in commercial transactions; experience in the IT sector is a plus.
Collaborative spirit, with a desire to work cross-functionally and positively influence peers and stakeholders.
Prior experience working in an international team and handling contracts in English.
Ability to maintain high ethical standards while balancing competing internal and external stakeholder demands.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
