**Responsibilities:** This role will focus primarily on provider and vendor contract drafting, corporate governance, evidence collection for litigation and pre-litigation disputes, as well as administrative law hearing preparation and appearances. The legal intern will assist and work directly with the in-house Attorneys while maintaining confidentiality and the highest ethical standards in all aspects of work. This role will provide exposure to the fast-paced functioning of a corporate legal department, diverse and sophisticated cutting-edge legal issues and hands on advocacy before Administrative Law Judges. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Healthcare, Not-For-Profit (NFP) law, corporate law, and Litigation. **Minimum Qualifications** + Must be actively enrolled in law school with a strong academic record + Must be able to commit 20-30 hours per week in office at 100 Church Street in Downtown Manhattan three days per week + Strong communication and executive presentation skills as well as strong writing ability, including legal drafting skills. + Attention to detail WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
