We Champion People. **Responsibilities** + Assist the operations team with litigation matters, including drafting responses to complaints. + Communicate with local governments on land use and zoning matters. + Draft, review, interpret, and summarize lease provisions. + Support the real estate team in resolving landlord disputes. + Collaborate with a team of four lawyers and a paralegal on various legal projects as needed. **Qualifications** + Current JD candidate with at least one year of law school completed. + Successfully completed coursework in real estate, contracts, and torts (business organizations coursework is a plus but not required). + Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. + A proactive mindset and attention to detail. + A sense of humor and ability to work collaboratively. + Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus. **Benefits** The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates: + Medical Insurance + Dental Insurance + Vision Insurance + Group Life Insurance + Disability Insurance + 401k Retirement Plan with match + Referral Bonus (“Crash From Crash”) + 5 Paid Holidays We are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role.
