The part-time internship program is designed for juniors, seniors, or actively enrolled graduate students from colleges or universities partnered with HanesBrands. Students must be degree-seeking and have good academic and disciplinary standing, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
The internship program covers various functional areas, including Innerwear, HR/Legal, Strategy and IT, Supply Chain, and Finance. As a remote or hybrid, part-time position, this internship offers students the flexibility to adjust their work hours around their school schedule, ensuring a balanced approach to academic and professional development.
This particular internship will be heavily focused on assisting the department in implementing a new global contract management system using newly purchased software (including converting the prior contract management system to the new system). The intern will report directly to an Associate General Counsel, but also have the opportunity to work for others in the department as part of the internship as time allows.
Responsibilities
Assist the department in implementing a new global contract management system Conduct legal research and provide support on various legal matters, ensuring accurate and timely information Prepare training materials
Minimum Education/ Experience
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or graduate degree program at an accredited university, both at the time of application and throughout the internship duration.
Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.
Preferred Education/ Experience
Students that are either an undergrad or law school student in North Carolina

Specific Skills or Experience Required
The successful intern candidate will be a rising junior or senior college undergraduate student (during 2025) that is currently enrolled in a B.A/B.S. degree program with an interest in exploring the practice of law or a current first or second year law student enrolled in a juris doctor program.
