Legal Intern Educational ObjectivesTo gain an understanding of legal issues in consumer electronics and gaming, including, for example, copyright, trademark, labor, employment, governance, tax, contracts, and e-sports legal issues.To sharpen legal research, writing/drafting, and communication skills.To gain practical experience in transactional and litigation matters.This internship is designed to help a law student further develop the legal skills needed for practice in the private or public commercial tech sector.Under the close supervision of the Razer U.S. Legal Team, the intern will be responsible for:Drafting legal memoranda, and contracts, conducting legal research, attending internal client meetings and other applicable hearings/court matters.

Pre-Requisites:RequirementsA first, second, or third-year student at an accredited U.S. law schoolResume and Law School transcript.Outstanding legal research and writing skills.Excellent communication skills.Focus on legal aptitude (writing & drafting proficiencies)Issue spotting & problem-solving abilities.Ability to deal with ambiguity.Willing to work at the office.Interest in the gaming industryOrganizational ability and teamwork.
