Tractor Supply Co. is seeking a motivated Legal Summer Intern to join our Legal team for a 11-week paid internship in the Nashville/Brentwood, TN area. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various legal matters and contribute to the success of our legal department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Legal Research: Conduct legal research on a variety of topics, including contracts, employment law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. Document Review: Assist in reviewing and summarizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Compliance Support: Work with legal professionals to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Litigation Support: Assist in litigation matters, including document management and preparation for legal proceedings. Contract Management: Participate in contract drafting, review, and management processes. Policy and Procedure Review: Collaborate with the legal team to review and update company policies and procedures as needed. Legal Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to legal matters for internal and external stakeholders. What We Look For Currently enrolled in Law School at an accredited university. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Enthusiasm for legal matters and a desire to learn about corporate law.
