Job Description:

The Litigation Service Specialist leads the effort on-site to deliver services for scanning, OCR, branding, Bates labeling, push button load files, blowback printing, CD/DVD creation/duplication, and vBinder. The person in this position interfaces with Firm paralegals, litigation support team, and attorneys to communicate the best ways to support their needs.  The Litigation Service Specialist also works with the Epiq Technology leaders to determine standards for the client and implement new technology at the site.  It is important to establish and maintain a suitable workflow and train other Service Specialists in the use of technology for document requests. This is an hourly position scheduled to work 8:30a.m to 5:30p.m Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:Capture of images and data to client specified formatsSetup and conversion for print projectConversion of Image Formats (PDF, TIFF & JPEG)QC of imaging and print productsEnsure quality and timeliness of all client deliverablesEffectively communicate project statusTrain staff and co-workers on technology and projectsWork independently on production assignments, often at a satellite copy center without direct supervisionOther duties may include, mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities, reception, hospitality servicesJob Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience with scanning software, familiarity with manipulating PDF and TIFF filesHardware familiarity (Multifunctional Printers, Scanners and troubleshooting skills)Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional for the manipulation of PDF filesBe personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself in a professional settingAbility to learn skills quickly with attention to detailStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervisionAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeScheduled Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday (In office / No remote or hybrid work)

The Compensation range for this role is 17.98 to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
