Our client is a well renowned REIT (Real estate Investment Trust) with a property portfolio valued at approximately R10 Billion, with around 100 – 150 Employees.

Principle Function
To manage and oversee the legal, compliance and contract management functions as well as ensure
organisational compliance to legislation. Responsible for drafting, negotiating, structuring, vetting,
interpreting, executing, and/or administering contractual documents.
Requirements/Skills
