Our client, a leading legal firm, is seeking a Legal Marketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and strong project management capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Legal Marketing Specialist
**Location:** New York, NY (hybrid)
**Pay Range:** $110,000 - $125,000
**What's the Job?**
+ Develop a deep knowledge of the firm's attorneys, clients, experience, and capabilities.
+ Collaborate with lawyers to create individual business development plans and support partners in managing their contacts.
+ Assist in building the firm's visibility through events, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns.
+ Conduct research and produce reports on prospects, existing clients, competitors, and target industries.
+ Oversee the CRM database, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of all business development activities.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
+ Experience in legal marketing or business development is a plus, particularly in intellectual property.
+ Ability to think critically and creatively solve problems.
+ Strong interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in CRM and email marketing tools; Hubspot experience is a plus.
