Beacon Hill Legal's client, a national law firm, located in Albany, NY is seeking an onsite temporary legal office assistant for a 4-month coverage. The candidate must have 1+ years of experience in a law firm setting/law office process, have a working knowledge of legal documents, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate hired must commute to the office in Albany, NY 5x a week.

Answer main telephone line; greet and screen guestsCreate and maintain case and mail listsLog and track all faxes and overnight deliveriesSave items to document managing system in a cohesive manner; experience with iManage a plusCopy and compile documents, CDs and flash drivesDownload document productions from external linksCoordinate conference room schedulesInterested candidates can email a Word version of their resume for consideration.
