Description Our client is seeking a legal operations professional to join their team in Midtown Atlanta. An ideal candidate will experience in areas like project management, process efficiency, workflow streamlining, and systems administration. This role is responsible for improving operations for their legal team in the US and Europe. They have a hybrid schedule 3 days remote weekly. This role will report to the Associate General Counsel and support the legal operations and initiatives for a legal team of about 25+ people. Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in a Legal Operations Specialist role or a similar position • Demonstrated skills in Project Documentation, ensuring all essential details are accurately recorded and archived • Proven experience in Project Management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Experience in Project Management Process Improvement, with a focus on streamlining processes for efficiency • Strong knowledge in Business Process Improvement, including the ability to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions • Familiarity with Corporate Legal processes and procedures, with the ability to provide comprehensive legal support • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide accurate advice • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
