That means developing, delivering, and selling the state-of-the-art products and digital tools that make top performers even better. **Purpose of Role** Under Armour is looking for a **Legal Operations Specialist** to join its growing Legal Operations team. The **Legal Operations Specialist** will be a key partner in the design and implementation of new programs and processes for the global Legal Team that drive improvement and efficiency into our everyday practices. Initially this teammate will focus primarily on the department’s knowledge management strategy, with opportunities to expand into other disciplines as the legal operations function matures. In addition, the **Legal Operations Specialist** will also play a critical role supporting our Global Data Privacy team and their management of data subject requests, including regular cross-functional engagement with information technology, cybersecurity and other teams across the organization **Your Impact** - Together with the Head of Legal Operations, develop, enhance, and promote the Legal team's knowledge management strategies and program, including creation and implementation of processes, procedures and best practices for storage of documents, establishing a repository of templates, forms, briefs, law firm memorandums and other work product suitable for re-use. - Support daily operations of the Global Data Privacy team, including maintaining the consumer privacy portal, ensuring data subject channels are operational, monitoring the data subject request ticketing queue, and providing internal customer support in the handling of data subject requests. - Maintain, organize and expand the Legal team’s intranet website to efficiently house resources for Under Armour’s Legal team and an information hub for teammates throughout the organization seeking to collaborate with the Legal team. - Provide project management support, including tracking timelines, work streams and tasks. Identify and troubleshoot issues. Solicit reporting from various project sources. Analyze and prepare status reports which reflect key items such as project health, schedules, risks, and issues. - Assist with the development of periodic business metrics and provides operational analysis through reports and dashboards. - Perform day-to-day functions to support the successful operation of the Legal team and support the objectives and goals of the team, including engaging as needed in other legal operations work streams and technologies (e.g., administration of the legal e-billing platform). - Analyze and document current state processes and systems, and keep updated, as needed. - Assist with the preparation and delivery of self-help tools, materials/resources such as tool kits, process and procedures, documents, training materials, policy documents and guidelines. - Create training materials and conduct training of team members across the organization on various processes and tools. - Monitor Data Privacy and other legal operations mailboxes to ensure timely and accurate responses, or escalation within the organization as needed. **Qualifications** - 2-3 years directly applicable work experience in a similar role. - BA or BS degree. - Experience working in a corporate legal department. - Proficiency in Microsoft (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel) - Proficiency in SharePoint preferred - Familiarity with e-billing platforms, including CounselLink preferred **Workplace Location** • **Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Global HQ in Baltimore, Maryland. • **Return to Work Designation:** 3 days/week in-office, the remainder of work week remote. • **Travel:** None. • **Licenses/Certifications:** None. **Relocation** No relocation provided **Base Compensation** **$67,547.00 - $92,877.40** Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
